Setup guide

From credentials
to your first stream.

Keep your username, password and server URL ready. Then choose the device family below.

Smart TV

  1. Install a compatible IPTV player from your television’s app store.
  2. Open the player and select Xtream Codes or portal login.
  3. Enter the credentials from your delivery email.
  4. Save the profile and allow the channel list to load.

Fire TV or Android TV

  1. Install Downloader or open the device app store.
  2. Install a supported player such as IBO Player Pro, IPTV Smarters or TiviMate.
  3. Add a playlist using the supplied server, username and password.
  4. Restart the player after the initial synchronization.

Phone or tablet

  1. Download a compatible player from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Choose Xtream Codes login.
  3. Enter the server URL and account credentials exactly as delivered.

Windows or macOS

  1. Install a trusted compatible player.
  2. Add the M3U link or Xtream Codes details from the delivery email.
  3. Keep the application updated for stable playback.

Quick troubleshooting

  • Check that there are no spaces before or after credentials.
  • Restart the router and player application.
  • Use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi for high-resolution streams.
  • Try a different supported player if a device-specific app fails.
  • Send support your device model and an error screenshot if the issue continues.
