Service access

Access is licensed for the duration and number of connections shown in the selected plan. Sharing credentials beyond the purchased connection count may result in suspension.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to interfere with the service, resell an individual plan without authorization, abuse support channels or use payment methods fraudulently.

Delivery and support

Credentials are sent after payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for entering a valid email and checking spam folders. Support can assist with compatible player setup.
